The Business Continuity Instructions serves as a non-binding guide for your family providing suggestions and instructions for how the family should address business and personal financial issues in the event of your untimely death or incapacitation.

It is called a “Workbook” because we are going to work through a book of questions to examine what you need/want for your exit. When our deep dive is completed, you will have a comprehensive assessment of your business with detailed recommendations to fill value gaps and help you achieve a successful business exit.

The Management Succession Plan is an extension of the BCI, in that it provides legally binding provisions for the operation of your business in the event of your death or incapacity and is linked inextricably to your estate planning to ensure proper transfer of ownership and value in accordance with your wishes.
